I’m an award-winning social media strategist, content creator and college professor based in Durham Region, (just outside of Toronto).
I have over a decade of experience specializing in telling stories through creative and strategic social-first content. Through my work, I’ve had the pleasure of working with business of all sizes – from corporate brands to government, to boutique agencies and small businesses. I know first-hand that when it comes to social media content one size does not fit all.
On a more personal note, I’m a dog mom who is passionate skincare, home decor, DIYs, gluten-free food and supporting local communities, women-owned businesses and Canadian brands.

My career started out in the early 2000s in the traditional graphic design and branding world. Around the same time I launched a blog just for fun when I found out I had celiacs. At the time, there wasn’t many gluten-free options so I was looking to connect with like-minded people. My blog quickly evolved beyond that.
Flash forward to the mid-2000s, there became a need for skilled digital marketing and social media professionals and I jumped at the opportunity. Social media combines my three loves: pop culture, the internet and good design.
I’ve had the pleasure to work with a wide-range of brands on both the client side and agency side – from government, to corporate brands and big-boxed retailers, to small businesses, boutique agencies and more.
